Sorry I haven't updated the site recently! I haven't made a ton of progress lately, and life has been pretty hectic. Hopefully I will have time for a few new posts soon. Since I don't have anything wildly original to say, I'll leave you with the proven wisdom of the ages:
Play games. (and review them/have them reviewed)
Do tsumego. (then do some more tsumego)
Repeat.

Oh, it is annoying how life does seem to get in the way of one's game! I've just been through about two years of interruption and no progress...but I'm starting to get back into the swing of things now.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks again for the article about OGS.
I've now joined up, played my first few games and entered the ladder competitions. They're good fun, and perfect for me. I like the space to think about moves and try variations, and the ladder system does seem to make it feel less intimidating to challenge stronger players. I didn't know about OGS until I came across your site, so I'm indebted.
Anyway, good luck with life and go - and maybe see you 'round OGS!
Glad you are getting some time for Go, and that tools like the ladder seem helpful! Hope you gain a few stones right away! :)
